(right click the link above and
click save target as (internet explorer)
or click save link as (Fire Fox)
and save the html file to your computer (remember where you are saving
the file).
Log into your attain response email account.
Click on the Template F5 applet located on the left of the screen. When
the new window opens click on the upload tab. Give your template a name,
browse to the file you downloaded from here and click on open, the file
is now added. Click on the folder drop down arrow and pick a folder to
save this template in. Now click the upload button. The file is now
uploaded to your template manager. You can now click the edit tab to
customize the template for your personal preferences or you can start
using it from your email account.
